As part of öGIG’s brand relaunch, the website was designed and developed from the ground up to serve as the primary digital touchpoint for customers across Austria. Beyond communicating technical reliability and national reach, the site supports a complete user journey—from initial interest to fiber connection—through intuitive structure, clear messaging and scalable design logic.
Strategic UX and customer journey design
The website concept was developed in close collaboration with öGIG, starting with a joint definition of user groups, needs and conversion paths. The customer journey served as the foundation for all structural and content decisions. Each interaction—whether checking address availability or exploring product benefits—was mapped to guide users with minimal friction. The result is a platform that reflects the complexity of the offering, but always keeps the user’s perspective front and center.

Visual clarity within a fresh brand system
The visual design translates öGIG’s new identity into a user interface that balances technical professionalism with accessibility. The modular layout system adapts to regional rollouts and evolving content while maintaining consistency. Typography, iconography and motion are used deliberately to support orientation and build trust—crucial for a brand positioned as both a national infrastructure provider and a local partner.
